As the name implies, this is a coaxial loudspeaker with a 10 inch midrange/woofer and a 1 inch tweeter horn. This results in a particularly good localisation and spatiality even at close listening distances. Since the cabinet is provided with the bass reflex technique the Paltauf Coax 10 achieves 45 Hz at -6db.
Owing to the good efficiency, subtle nuances in dynamics are reproduced realistically and the musical enjoyment is unlimited at any volume
